Does BOB Player include channels? Where can I get a playlist?
BOB Player does not come with any channels or playlists. The app and its administrators do not provide playlists or assist in obtaining them.
Users are responsible for supplying their own playlists or media content. BOB Player is not responsible for any content uploaded or streamed through the app.
Please do not purchase the app if you do not already have a valid playlist or media source. No channels are included upon activation, and payments will not be refunded if the app is purchased without a playlist or if the content does not work.
Why has my MAC address changed after switching connection types?
Each TV has two MAC addresses: the first for Wi-Fi and the second for Ethernet. When you switch to a different connection type and restart the app, the corresponding MAC address is automatically activated.
MAC addresses are unique to each TV and cannot be changed manually.
Why does the app not work when the playlist worked on my computer?
This issue may occur due to ISP restrictions if your computer is on a different network. If you are on the same network and it still doesn’t work, it could be related to your TV’s supported formats. Not every Smart TV supports all types of content — each model varies and some streams may not be compatible.
My playlist won’t open, freezes, or slows down. What should I do?
Ensure that your playlist is active, functioning properly, and free of limitations or errors. For privacy reasons, we do not have access to playlists and cannot provide support for them.
Why can’t I start the app?
This is often caused by your internet connection. Please check your connection first before contacting your service provider, as most issues are related to the network and not the provider.
Does the BOB Player app have an EPG system?
No, the app does not include a built-in EPG system. However, if your provider offers an EPG-ready system, it will be compatible with our platform.
